Great sales guy Zach/poor service dept 3/4/2014

Stopped into get my plates put on and Zach got right on it. Service guys relayed to Zach to take my car into local dealer for a warranty issue on my dash. I am in Seattle once a week and told them that, and really dont want to deal with my local dealer. I thought it was a cop out.... more

They do bend over backwards to get you into a new car. 2/9/2014

It was a long boring experience however they were very nice and accomodating while we were waiting. They did not pay attention to my requests to stay at a certain amount for a car payment. Had to threaten to leave before they listened. more
