Danielle is very helpful, and I appreciate the time and detail she puts into communicating everything going on with my vehicle.
The courtesy driver is very busy, and had to use a cab service, rather than wait for him. The Driver, Juan is very nice, but sometimes too optimistic about his ETA. I would rather he be more realistic and honest.
