Review content:
I could buy another car from Bill Pearce Motors just because of the service they provide there! When you go in for service, there is a place for you to drive your car in yourself. The service desk is literally three feet away at this point. There, they give you prompt, individual attention from a service representative, instead of standing in line, watching guys with greasy fingers ignore you like at other dealerships I've been to.
I really appreciate that they notified me of some factory recalls before they became a problem. They provided a loaner BMW while they serviced it, and my baby came back clean and washed when they were finished. It's a real classy operation.
