As a single mother of 4, recently divorced and working 3 jobs, I can honestly say I had the best car buying experience with Rob Deane. I don't have time to shop and had a very small budget for a vehicle. I'm also incredibly thrifty and a tough negotiator. Rob was helpful. He helped me realize what my needs really were having 4 kids. I explained what I was looking for and he talked me into test driving a car that I normally would have never considered. It turned out to be the perfect car for me. There was not a lot of haggling over the price. I made an offer, he countered very reasonably and I accepted. This was a win win situation for me all around. I especially appreciate the quality care that was provided to me while going through this process. Rob treated me with the utmost respect and made the entire car buying process painless and in fact quite pleasurable. I will be seeking him out the next time I purchase a car. I would love doing busness with him again.
