Traditionally, I haven't had a good feeling about this dealership or its owners, but contrary to my preconceived notions, the salesman was exceptional. He let us take the car home for a day to try it out and made every effort to meet all of our needs.
Quite pleasantly, they followed up with us by inviting us, with other new Honda owners, to a customer appreciation event. They educated us about the different sales departments and we won a lot of different prizes like oil changes.
But really, we had an exceptional salesman. He was easy to get along with, gave us the deal we wanted, and everything worked out very well. My wife is ecstatic with her Honda.
