If you want someone who cares about YOU 11/11/2010

I worked with Bill's wife so naturally she recommended her husband to me 20 years ago when I was looking for insurance. He has been taking care of me and my family and friends ever since. This represents a LOT of satisfied customers. In fact, I have become so close to Billy and his family over the years that we invited them to our wedding 10 years ago. This is a person who cares about YOU and will take care of you if the worst happens. I highly recommend him as your insurance provider! more

Great people to do business with!!! 10/28/2009

I just wanted to comment on what some of these other people have said. As far as what mom4td said about poor service....This company is all about helping you take care of your needs, but there are always some people that are never satisfied. And as far as what Kevin M. said...the insurance agency does not charge your account. The insurance company does. So there is nothing for them to own up too. They do not get your money from your policy, the insurance company does. And if the insurance company did double charge you then they would have refunded you, and I am sure that Bill Muench Insurance helped you in trying to get your money back from the insurance company. Bottom line is some people are just too hard to please. Bill Muench Insurance is one of the best agencies out there when it comes to their prices and customer service. The customer is #1 with them. more

BILL MUENCH INS AGCY - nice man, disorganized office 7/27/2009

I have been with them for years and although their rates are low, they seem to have a very disorganized office. They have repeatedly lost the things they asked me to send them and they always say it was lost in the mail. I never send them an original of anything because they have an almost perfect record of losing what I send. I've found myself so frustrated with them that I was furious over the phone. One day Mr. Muench informed me that I had numerous copies of the same information in my file and he didn't know why. I said Ah Ha!, so you did get it, I knew it! Somehow they had miraculously located and consolidated the information we had sent in. Maybe they fired whoever was misfiling everything, I'm hoping they are doing better now. The only reason I have stayed with them is because Mr. Muench seems to be a nice man and the rates are relatively good. more

5 Star Service! 11/4/2008

Any time I have a question or need a claim filled, Bill Muench has always been prompt, professional and quick to see that my claim is resolved. All of your insurance needs can be fulfilled with Bill Muench Insurance. Would highly reccomend Bill Muench Insurance. Pros: Extremely personable and cares for his clients. Cons: Need more Bill Muench's in the insurance business more

Steer clear... 8/1/2008

If you are in any kind of a hurry for lousy customer service, excuses on top of excuses, or to be double billed and made to feel as if it was your fault, then this agency is the place for you. My bank account was double billed on two differnet occasions and this agency never owned up to it. They have no accountability and hide behind referrals from friends and family to keep this place going. I am a full time college student and former marine so needless to say being double billed for anything stings. And to be yelled at by a little old man with a used car salesman mentality when I hold them accountable for their mistakes just takes the cake. more
