I just wanted to comment on what some of these other people have said. As far as what mom4td said about poor service....This company is all about helping you take care of your needs, but there are always some people that are never satisfied. And as far as what Kevin M. said...the insurance agency does not charge your account. The insurance company does. So there is nothing for them to own up too. They do not get your money from your policy, the insurance company does. And if the insurance company did double charge you then they would have refunded you, and I am sure that Bill Muench Insurance helped you in trying to get your money back from the insurance company.
Bottom line is some people are just too hard to please. Bill Muench Insurance is one of the best agencies out there when it comes to their prices and customer service. The customer is #1 with them.
