If you are in any kind of a hurry for lousy customer service, excuses on top of excuses, or to be double billed and made to feel as if it was your fault, then this agency is the place for you. My bank account was double billed on two differnet occasions and this agency never owned up to it. They have no accountability and hide behind referrals from friends and family to keep this place going. I am a full time college student and former marine so needless to say being double billed for anything stings. And to be yelled at by a little old man with a used car salesman mentality when I hold them accountable for their mistakes just takes the cake.
