I have been with them for years and although their rates are low, they seem to have a very disorganized office. They have repeatedly lost the things they asked me to send them and they always say it was lost in the mail. I never send them an original of anything because they have an almost perfect record of losing what I send. I've found myself so frustrated with them that I was furious over the phone. One day Mr. Muench informed me that I had numerous copies of the same information in my file and he didn't know why. I said Ah Ha!, so you did get it, I knew it! Somehow they had miraculously located and consolidated the information we had sent in. Maybe they fired whoever was misfiling everything, I'm hoping they are doing better now. The only reason I have stayed with them is because Mr. Muench seems to be a nice man and the rates are relatively good.
