Great Place 11/22/2013

My experience was the best ever buying a car. It was really a fun time. It didn't take long. I knew what I was looking for when I came in and Ladd didn't try and talk me into something else. He actually listened to me. I think I got a fair trade in on my 2007 Dodge Charger. I had a great time and will be telling my friends as well. A man I work with has gotten two vehicles from you and told me thats the only place he will go. I'm in agreement. more

Hate buying cars but love this place 10/22/2013

I hate buying cars and I have to tell you this was the best car buying experience I've ever had and I am almost 60. I feel like it was about me not what can I sell here. The finance dept. was great and smooth!!! Whoever is in charge of the car buying experience training at Bill Luke...my hats off to you. I would gladly refer anyone to your dealership and would diffently drive the extra 45 minutes to purchase another car from Bill Luke. Thanks for a great job. more

Love them 10/21/2013

I m so happy with the service I received from bill Luke! My first email was responded to in minutes after I sent it, and we had a test drive scheduled the next day. We were approached in the parking lot and was wonderfully helped threw the purchase process from the first hello through to handing me the keys to my brand new jeep. The entire staff was polite, professional, and clearly had creating a positive car buying experience as a priority. Many thanks to everyone at Bill Luke, and I love my new Jeep! more

Painless 10/11/2013

Thank you for showing me how painless it should when purchasing a new vehicle. I felt every step if the way of choosing my new Jeep Wrangler to getting approved fir financing that I was treated like family and respect. I would recommend this dealership especially if in the past you have had horrible car buying experiences. more

Bill Luke continues to surprise me from the sales team, finance team to the service drive. I wouldn't trust to go anywhere else. They have always been up front and honest. I recommend to go there because I am a Air Force spouse stationed at Luke Air Force Base. They were great help with me buying a vehicle even with the complications of my spouse deployed overs seas. mr gorman and mr collier made our purchase a very pleasant experience. we visited another dealership friday and were very disappointed in many ways. i was actually dreading doing this again on saturday fearing the same experience, but found from the first phone call to the time we drove off the lot.....was the complete opposite. thanks for proving to us Bill Luke that buying a truck can be a great experience! more

FRAUDULENT PRACTICES THAT EMPLOY BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS.\r \r My wife went to this dealer on 3 separate occasions to see one specific vehicle - finally we lock down the price - and everything is good. NOT. These jokers "made a mistake" on the paperwork - THEY WERE TRYING TO SELL US A DIFFERENT TRUCK!!! (DIFFERENT MAKE, MODEL, COLOR - EVERYTHING!!!) We never saw the other truck. We did not want the other truck. We wanted the one we test drove. "No we can't do that for this price - its 2000 more!!!!\r \r We told them - we had never seen the other truck. We had never driven the other truck. We want the Black suburban - thats the one we test drove 3 times - thats the one we negotiated on. \r \r "No it isn't we can"t do that. It's 2000 more."\r \r They like to switch salesmen as well first it was "Matt" then it was "Venico" or something - (not sure - the loser barely spoke English - and then refused to talk to me. This idiot also refused to go get the manager - and continued to pressure my wife. T more

I purchased a new Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins diesel and the engine light comes on all the time. I had it back to the dealership 4 times and it still comes on. I was told by Bill Luke Service Dept. it is OK to drive with the light on. I do not want to do, since I purchased it to haul horses. more
