FRAUDULENT PRACTICES THAT EMPLOY BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS.\r \r My wife went to this dealer on 3 separate occasions to see one specific vehicle - finally we lock down the price - and everything is good. NOT. These jokers "made a mistake" on the paperwork - THEY WERE TRYING TO SELL US A DIFFERENT TRUCK!!! (DIFFERENT MAKE, MODEL, COLOR - EVERYTHING!!!) We never saw the other truck. We did not want the other truck. We wanted the one we test drove. "No we can't do that for this price - its 2000 more!!!!\r \r We told them - we had never seen the other truck. We had never driven the other truck. We want the Black suburban - thats the one we test drove 3 times - thats the one we negotiated on. \r \r "No it isn't we can"t do that. It's 2000 more."\r \r They like to switch salesmen as well first it was "Matt" then it was "Venico" or something - (not sure - the loser barely spoke English - and then refused to talk to me. This idiot also refused to go get the manager - and continued to pressure my wife. T more
