There, they managed the situation with my insurance company, made sure that I had a rental car, and simply took care of everything. Work was done well, but time estimate was 2 days longer than projected. Then I had to call to see if it was ready, and was told it was. Got the the body shop and had to wait 45+ minutes to get my truck. If you tell a customer that their vehicle is ready, please ensure that it is, rather than making them wait for it when they arrive. 1.5 hours of my day were wasted. RESPONSE FROM Bill Currie Collision Center: There was hidden damage that needed to be approved and repair above the original amount taking two days longer. The additional damage moved the on time delivery date two days later. We apologize that your vehicle was not completely clean when you arrived and it took longer for it to be ready. I wrecked my car on Tuesday morning, (11/12/13) I had it in the shop within a couple of hours and by Thursday afternoon I was picking it up, amazing. The fact is I knew exactly where I would take it when the accident occurred. Dan McNeal and Frank Batts are a tremendous asset to the Bill Currie team. They are honest, professional and very responsive to the customers needs. I have been coming to Bill Currie since the 1980's and have always been treated well. Raising two boys and having a few accidents of my own has sent me to your front door many times over the years. I feel like I should get frequent flyer miles. While backing out of a parking space, I collided with a three foot high brick wall. There was damage to the bumber, tail light and extensive damage to the right rear quarter panel. I new the repairs would exceed my $250.00 deductible, so I reported the claim to my insurance Co.(Nationwide). They suggested that I have my car repaired at Bill Currie Ford in Tampa and that my Sercice Advisor would be Chad Dasher. I was was concerned that the damage to My Chrysler 300 would be hard to fix and the special paint hard to match. Mr. Dasher assured me that Bill Currie Ford could repair my vehicle to it's pre-collision condition and not to worry. Mr. Dasher ordered the parts and set me up with an Enterprse rental car. I brought my car in for repair on July the 1st and Mr. Dasher assured me that I would have my car back by July 3rd. I didn't think that I would have my car for the July 4th week-end, but my car was ready on July 3rd, just as promised. When I picked up my car I was amazed. It was not in pre-accident condition, it was like in new condition. Minor scratches buffed out, cleaned inside and out. The paint matched perfectly, bumber, trunk and quarter panel in perfect alighnment. All I had to do was give them the keys to my rental and sign off on the repair. This was the 1st claim I had made on one of my vehicles in twenty years and Chad Dasher and his staff made the experience as enjoyable as possible and I was updated at end of ever day on the progress of the repair. If you are looking for a total, start to finish collision repair center, I do not think you could make a better decision than to take your damaged vehicle to Bill Currie Ford on Dale Mabry Highway in Tampa,Florida. more

Frank, represented the dealership's Body Shop very well. He was very professional, quite thorough, informative and diligent. The Body shop guys did a great job also. My bumper loo great. My 2010 F-150 that had been rear ended was repaired at Bill Currie body shop and they did an excellent job making all necessary repairs in a timely manner. The truck looks brand new again. It was suggested by my insurance carrier to use several different facilities. I chose Bill Currie Ford as my vehicle is a new Escape 2013. From the very start Chad was very helpful. Explained in simple terms what would be done and acted very professional and courteous. He sent me pictures at the different stages, tear down, repair, paint and reassemble.
