Our company uses Bill Currie Collision Center so I brought my vehicle there. They did what they said and on the timeline. The first time I brought a vehicle in, they wanted me to bring it in next week while a staff member was on vacation which delayed me getting it done, but once it was fixed, it was fixed well. They are also very communicative which I liked. more

Chad Dasher and the collision repair team helped me out greatly and made the whole process of repairing my car seamless. The customer service along with the final result was awesome. It did take longer for the car to be fixed than expected but, the care into repairing it correctly was way more important and wonderful. Thank you again! more

I was in a minor accident and my insurance company had contacted Paul with the details and he was already leaving a message for me when I arrived at the shop. Very personable and caring group of people. They assessed the car to make sure all details were taken care of. I received the car back and you could not tell anything was ever damaged and the car was cleaned inside and out. I brought my 2010 Chrysler Town & Country in for repairs on February 28, 2012 for a bumper and tail light. Frank and his team were able to get it fixed in less time than expected and it looks so good, you couldn't even tell any work was done at all. I had bought my car at Bill Currie and was starting to doubt the maintenance department. When my car got hit & I took it to the body shop ... they had restored my faith. I dealt with Ron & Dave and they made everything quick and easy. When I received an email notification stating I was due for one of my scheduled maintenance visits, I had asked Dave since they already had the car if they could just shoot it in for maintenance. Even though it took an additional day to get this done, they paid for an extra day for my rental car. I am very impressed with the body shop here. more

Our service rep, Kenny Grant was most excellant! He was very professional and nice to me. He did exactly what he said he would do, and he handled all the insurance and return car rental paperwork for me. He even had my car and tires washed when I picked it up. Had my car worked on after a crash, they called me and told me that my car was finished. I drove 36 miles from home after working nights and When I get there my car had a couple of problems that needed fixing. Needless to say I had to leave my car behind and drive another 36 miles home and then come back another day to pick up my car. Then after I picked up my car and started driving I notice that when they did the alignment they didn't straighten my steering wheel. I am not happy. RESPONSE FROM Bill Currie Collision Center: While we try our best to identify and repair all damage created in a collision loss, sometimes the age and mileage of a vehicle masks damage as wear and tear and we cant distinguish between characteristics of the vehicle or noise and damage caused by this loss. This mustang had 106,000 miles on it and the repairs exceeded $7000. On first delivery attempt the customer did point out some noises that he felt were not there before the accident. With the customers help we identified the failing part and replaced it. This did require additional trips to the body shop. In receiving this review we identified that the steering wheel was not centered when the supplemental steering link was replaced and was corrected while he waited. It is true the customer had to drive multiple times and for his inconvenience we filled his gas tank and apologized. I do not think we could have anticipated the customers concerns without his test drive and input, considering the age and mileage of the vehicle. more
