Enterprise is hurting you guys 3/23/2013

Work on the car was excellent and timely. Chad was great. However, Enterprise stinks. Not the people that work there, Dustan and CJ were great. But the car I wazs loaned stunk, and I was not happy to drive around in it. I turned in a Sonata trurbo with leather and nav, and recieved a Chevy Impala that smelled like urine. I made this known to enterprise, and basically got the run around until my real car was fixed. Like I said, the rest of my experience with BCF was great, but Enterprise soured the whole thing. I probably wouldn't return/recommend because of this. I have had to use them twice now within a 6 month period. I was rear-ended twice, and they have been great both times. The first time there was a little bit of a problem with the paint matching up to the color. They went the whole nine yards and got it right. They were concerned about how I felt about the job, and I was extremely pleased. more

I had previously used Bill Currie Collision Center twice for maintenance work on my car. Recently, I was involved in a car accident and the front end of the car was left pretty damaged. I brought the car in to them to have the necessary body work done. When the car was delivered to me, it was on time and the work was perfect! This is a great place to take your car for regular maintenance and for body work. more

When I first got there the man was so nice. He went way out of his way to make sure I was comfortable, he was just great. They kept in contact with me and let me know the status of my car. The rental person came to me to pick me up. The service on my car was great, I only had to take it there one time. more

We needed a special truck to pull our new 39' 5th Wheel. i contacted 5 Ford Dealers in the Tampa Bay area. Only one came through with the correct package at the right price. The work Bill Currie Collision Center did was performed well. They took care of things in a timely manner, and were accommodating to my schedule. I was not so impressed with some of the people working there. They did not get up and talk to me, they talked from their desks 20 feet away from the window. I wasn't too thrilled about that, I think they could step up their customer service a bit. more

Fast and Friendly Service 8/8/2012

Two weeks after getting a new vehicle we were involved in a minor front end collision. Even though Bill Currie Ford wasnt listed on our insurance company's preferred repairs shops, we chose them since they were close by. Glad we did. Kenny was very helpful throughout the entire process and regularly called us with status updates. I hope we never have to see him again (no more wrecks), but if so, we will return to Bill Currie Ford. Highly Recommend! more

I had a wonderful experience with Bill Currie Collision Center. They told me what to expect and how long it would take right from the get go. They have great communication skills. They kept in contact not only with me but also my insurance company. I didn't have to contact my insurance at all, so it was a convenience for me that they kept in communication with them, followed up, purchased all the parts, and just did all the legwork. They called me up and told me when my vehicle was ready for prep and always communicated where they were at and what to expect. When the work was done, they told me to come in at 4:30 or 5:00, and it was beautiful. I have no complaints. They did a great job, an excellent job. more
