I was hired around Feb/Mar as a part-time employee while taking classes at a trade school in Modesto. After about two months, I left that particular institution and began working full-time. I was praised regularly for my work ethic, and adored the team I worked with. In December of that same year, I decided to attend classes at a more reputable educational institution, and formally requested part-time hours. A couple of hours after submitting my written request to the owner, I was summoned to meet with the HR representative. I was informed that the owner felt I was, ""Messing with her"" and that I was fired. The owner refused to meet with me face to face discuss the matter, and I was required to leave immediately. I was shocked and hurt. I ALWAYS did what was requested of me, needed little training, didn't require constant supervision, and would work extra hours for special projects. It felt as if the owner was just in a bad mood that day, and needed to take it out on someone. I mean I know that many outstanding employees are terrified every moment of every day that they will lose their jobs for something ridiculous. But, I NEVER imagined I would be one of them. I write this because I abhor the ethics of this company. ALL of the negative reviews of this company are true. So, whether you are a perspective employee or client, please consider going somewhere else. Do not support the way in which the employees are required to be mindless drones. They do not support higher education, despite the motivational posters hanging on the walls. They do not condone asking questions, confronting a problem, or for that matter, walking in the path of a supervisor in a bad mood. more

I wanted to look for a place to do our billing since our company has grown alot over the few last years so i decided to go to Big Valley Commercial. I had them do our billing for about 1 year. At first it was going really good but i noticed that it was taking a long time for us to receive our money so i decided to investigate why and found out that the team processing our billing were all new and wore making alot of mistakes, then i found out that all the claims they had sent out wore all incorrect. This went out for the last couple months that we wore with them. I finally decided to find another billing service that would actually serve us in a good professional way. I would not recommend Big Valley Commercial billing services to anyone just because the fact that they do take a very long time to process the claims out and they make many mistakes. This company has got to be the worst ever. They have a reputation of firing people. One time this lady who had been there for about more thatn 3 years was yawning at a meeting and they fired her. Some girl complained that her team were speaking spanish so they fired the girl who was supposely speaking spanish. Another girl got fired just because she had called to go to break but no one up front answered so they thought that was wrong so they fired her. I mean if your thinkin on working for this company, dont even think about it youll get fired within one month, it is just rediculous there. Plus they load you up with so much work thinking you have four hands and they dont even appreciate your hard work. I had a terrible experience with this company. Plus they send patients to collections right away they dont give them chances to hold account and contact the patient, all they care about is ""money"" and not customer service. This is one of the best Billing Services I have seen. They spend their time with each account and are thorough with each decision made. Most people have a bad tast regarding billing services. I would have to say I would recomment big valley to anyone who would like to work with great people who truly care about each accounts status. Pros: The owners involvement Cons: ? more
