I wanted to look for a place to do our billing since our company has grown alot over the few last years so i decided to go to Big Valley Commercial. I had them do our billing for about 1 year. At first it was going really good but i noticed that it was taking a long time for us to receive our money so i decided to investigate why and found out that the team processing our billing were all new and wore making alot of mistakes, then i found out that all the claims they had sent out wore all incorrect. This went out for the last couple months that we wore with them. I finally decided to find another billing service that would actually serve us in a good professional way. I would not recommend Big Valley Commercial billing services to anyone just because the fact that they do take a very long time to process the claims out and they make many mistakes.
