I, like many people have always been told that dealerships tend to charge more money for their mechanical services. The extra charge you receive for the labor that they added on to your bill is suppose to reflect in a well trained mechanic. \r
\r
At Big O Dodge on the Motor mile the Mechanics have no clue what they are doing. Went back three times and ended up paying over 400 dollars to fix a warped rotor which they told me was something different every time. I had a window that moved up and down shaky and brought that back 3x's as well, first they said it was glued incorrectly, so they charged me to glue it, when that didn't fix it they said that it just needed lubed, when that didn't fix it they said that the channel must be warped. In the end they never fixed it.\r
\r
Finally, and the biggest reason for my no stars, they replace my compressor for my AC, a month later it didn't work, I took it back to them. They told me that my evaporator core, which is up in the dashboard, was leaking. This was going to cost over 1000 dollars. I asked them several times if they had made sure it wasn't a connection from one of the hoses they had to dis and reconnect to change the compressor and they assured me it wasn't.\r
\r
I took it to Goodyear and gave them O dodge's diagnostics. They called me in the morning and said it looked like the compressor had recently been changed and that it was leaking from one of the hoses where it had been reconnected.\r
\r
Something very strange is going on there. That is an awful big misdiagnosis. I think I will let you come to your own conclusion.\r
\r
To top this all off I have called the service manager at lease a dozen times and he has never called me back.\r
\r
Don't go here. They too will charge you more for poop service. If you go here you might was well go downtown to the suspension bridge and throw your money over the edge.\r
