We were very pleased with the customer service reps. Ken was exceptional in getting us in a vehicle. Very knowledgeable.

Really, they don't deserve one star. I bought a pre-owned vehicle. The second day I had the car I discovered water in the floor board on the driver's side. I took it back to the ...

2014 Patriot, good car, salesman Ron great, price ok. had the Jeep 2 weeks and love it. Word of warning, do not expect a fair or honest deal if you trade in you old car. Sell it yourself, Big O is not up front on trade in allowance. Our 2004 Cadillac was valued at $13,000 with Kelly Blue Book but we were only offered $3,500. We were told the car had lost its value due to an airbag deployment several years ago. Ike told us they would have to wholesale it as they could not put it on their lot for fear of a lawsuit. A few days later our Cadillac showed up on the Bradshaw Cadillac lot with a $12,300 price tag on it. Seems the Cadillac dealer had no problem putting it up for sale. As a side note, the airbag had been replaced by Cadillac and is in working order. I am the sole owner for 8 years.\r more

I just bought a Chrysler 200. It had to be one of the easiest sales I have ever done. Went in Billy the salesman was GREAT! He showed us all the cars, we went for a test drive and then came back and started negotiating the price. They more than met our expectations! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car. We are not first time buyers from them! more

I am a firm believer that people will drive further and spend more in lieu of good / or great customer service. I am so grateful that I purchased my car at Big O Dodge - particularly since I had such a horrible experience in my previous car purchase venture. When I have been to Big O Dodge, I feel like I am the only customer there - although clearly I am not - but sometimes people can treat women like they are ""stupid"" and elevate prices and do other things that are unkind. To this end, I thought it not robbery to let you know that I am almost brought to tears by the level of courtesy I have been extended every time I come to Big O Dodge.\r \r Surely, when the time arises, I will assist my daughter in purchasing her first car there as well. She needs to know that a car purchase experience - even after the sale can be a pleasant venture.\r \r God Bless the management at Big O Dodge - you have trained your employees well - and it shows. more

Absolute worst repair service experience EVER!! I have had to take my car to the service department three times in the past two weeks because they can’t fix the problem. The first time I picked the car up, the problem occurred again on the way home, not even 5 miles from the place. So after $200 in parts and over $300 in labor charges they are telling me they have to call Chrysler because they don’t know what the diagnostic code means?! Not to mention the costumer service is terrible. We never received updates on the status of my car, we had to call them. Once we called and were told the tech was on the other line and he would call us back, but we never received a call back before they closed. Also the third time we had to leave the car we were told we could pick up the car if we needed it to drive over the weekend (since they never once offered a loaner car). When we called at 2:50 on Saturday to pick up my car the service department was already closed. Never mind they advertise they are open till 4 on Saturdays. Apparently they were “dead as a door nail” and decided to close. If you’re looking for a terrible costumer service experience then Big O is your place. more

BUYER'S PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!!! 4/14/2012

I’m a young female that purchased a pre-owed vehicle from Big O Dodge. I absolutely loved the car; however, the brakes started squeaking 2 weeks later. I returned to the dealership to get the brakes inspected along with a 29-Point Vehicle Inspection. To my dismay, I was told I needed brake pads and rotors. To add insult to injury, I was told it was going to cost me $387. My first reaction; I knew there was unequivocally no way I could’ve caused that much wear & tear in 2 weeks. The service advisor, Phil, suggested it was the heat. GTFOH ! He didn’t even let me see the repair order. Maybe he thought the big words on it for too much for me to handle. SMDH! After insulting my intelligence, more BS followed. The 29-Point Vehicle Inspection stated my brakes “passed”. I’m still waiting on a resolution. I just want to thank the salesperson, Eric, who sold me the unsafe vehicle that transports kids frequently; and to thank the service department for their wonderful (NOT), unprofessional service. So buyers please beware. This dealership is no better than a “buy here, pay here” lot in the backyard of a singlewide. more

New car, multiple problems, battle to get repairs 3/25/2012

NO STARS HERE!!! but can't post without them...It has taken over a year and a half to get my car's leaking sunroof fixed. Have had to deal with Chrysler directly to have any concerns addressed. My husband and I have been diregarded and lied to by the service department staff and management. They even had the audacity to tell us that ""The suroof is supposed to leak like that"". Unacceptable! Never going back, filed compaints with every state agency I could find and going to continue to write letters to Chrysler and Big O Dodge-they owe my husband an apology! more

AWFUL PLACE 9/30/2011

I have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership, so when I got a flyer stating I won a prized, I called to find out about what my prize numbers would match up too. The lady stated she couldn't tell me, I would have to go there. I explained that it was a TWO HOUR TRIP for me. Long story short, the ""Gold coins"" listed on the prize winnings were 5 one dollar coins. It COST ME 25 in fuel and TWO HOURS OF MY TIME. What a bunch of CONS!! more

Worst Service Department Ever 9/8/2011

I, like many people have always been told that dealerships tend to charge more money for their mechanical services. The extra charge you receive for the labor that they added on to your bill is suppose to reflect in a well trained mechanic. \r \r At Big O Dodge on the Motor mile the Mechanics have no clue what they are doing. Went back three times and ended up paying over 400 dollars to fix a warped rotor which they told me was something different every time. I had a window that moved up and down shaky and brought that back 3x's as well, first they said it was glued incorrectly, so they charged me to glue it, when that didn't fix it they said that it just needed lubed, when that didn't fix it they said that the channel must be warped. In the end they never fixed it.\r \r Finally, and the biggest reason for my no stars, they replace my compressor for my AC, a month later it didn't work, I took it back to them. They told me that my evaporator core, which is up in the dashboard, was leaking. This was going to cost over 1000 dollars. I asked them several times if they had made sure it wasn't a connection from one of the hoses they had to dis and reconnect to change the compressor and they assured me it wasn't.\r \r I took it to Goodyear and gave them O dodge's diagnostics. They called me in the morning and said it looked like the compressor had recently been changed and that it was leaking from one of the hoses where it had been reconnected.\r \r Something very strange is going on there. That is an awful big misdiagnosis. I think I will let you come to your own conclusion.\r \r To top this all off I have called the service manager at lease a dozen times and he has never called me back.\r \r Don't go here. They too will charge you more for poop service. If you go here you might was well go downtown to the suspension bridge and throw your money over the edge.\r more
