Do not allow this company to manage your property. They never performed a 6 month inspection on our property and when the tenent left, we discovered there had been a fire in the kitchen. After notifying them of my displeasure of their service I terminated their service. They decided they wanted to keep their commission for the next 3 months and refused to reimburse me. Their service is below par for any management company. I also had to replace sod over the property because Weichert Realtors Hometown First failed to manage my property. They only want to manage your monthly fee, not your property. more

The rooms were filthy and smelled of mold and mildew, the tub would not drain, the TV stand was torn up and had mold and mildew, there was an exposed light bulb (without a fixture) in the bathroom, the wallpaper was peeling off of the walls, the bedspreads had mold and mildew, the bathroom door would not close, and the front door was hard to open and close leaving us outside several times until we could get the door open. I advised the front desk on two separate occasions about the conditions of the room and on one of my visits I was offered a set of clean sheets to replace the soiled comforters. The air conditioner leaked and the floor was soaked with water. The water spread from the air conditioner unit to the bed and everything we had in the floor, which included new clothes and shoes, was soaked with the foul smelling water. I would not recommend this ""resort"" to anyone. more

Since Citysearch does not have a negative rating system, I have no choice but to go with the one star that the BBB is not even worthy of that rating. I boycott the BBB whenever I can. I am starting a blog site about them in Jacksonville so that the businesses can go to and have a place to post information about their deadbeat customers and how the BBB always sides with the customer. The BBB then has a rating for the business based upon the complaints (most oftn false). \r \r All businesses in Jacksonville need to boycott the BBB. Without the businesses, they would not be in business. The BBB serves no useful purpose. You try and get these false complaints about your business removed and they ignore your request. It is time to give them the same treatment they give other businesses. So blog away Jacksonville businesses about how phony and negative the BBB is to Jacksonville businesses. more

JTB Auto Sales, INC., located at 6234 Blanding Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32244 is NOT the place to buy an affordable vehicle. The manager, Jose Spino is NOT honest and does NOT guarantee that the car you purchase from him will be in working condition. They advertise primarily to the Hispanic community so that they can be taken advantage of. He has no respect for women and treats them as though they are stupid. He especially loves to take advantage of Mexican immigrants with the promise of selling cars to them without asking for a driver's license or social security number. This is so that they can RIP YOU OFF!!! Pros: Worst place to buy a car Cons: Honesty does NOT count more

I do not recommend joining this organization that is anti-business. Thye post incorrect information on their site about businesses that they know nothing about. In this day, many people walk out without paying a bill and when you call them about it, they call the BB Bureau and complain. The BB Bureau then posts this complaint on their website. Businesses cannot disparage the customer by calling them a deadbeat or verbally violent etc ...for fear of being sued. The BB Bureau needs to go away. They serve no useful purpose other than to disparage the business community who pays them to stay in business. Go away for good. I have used other water conditioning Company's and All American Water Conditioning has been the best. Rick and his other employees have been very helpful, and very informative. There prices are reasonable. Rick the owner he is concerned with his clientele and knows what he is talking about.He could have take me to the cleaners on a problem I had but he didn't he was very honest in his recommendations You can call him anytime, and he will do his best to answer any of your questions. I should know I called him a great deal. Felt like I knew him. I am happy that I called him and he has done the work for me at reasonable prices. Everyone thats been to our house has been pleasant and professional. Its pleasure to do business with him, Also with the price of salt going up as well as gas his delivery service for dollar is the best. The gentleman that delivers the salt is just as nice as he can be. Should be more company' s like this one in my opinion. Thank you Rick and your technicians for the great service.
