I do not recommend joining this organization that is anti-business. Thye post incorrect information on their site about businesses that they know nothing about. In this day, many people walk out without paying a bill and when you call them about it, they call the BB Bureau and complain. The BB Bureau then posts this complaint on their website. Businesses cannot disparage the customer by calling them a deadbeat or verbally violent etc ...for fear of being sued. The BB Bureau needs to go away. They serve no useful purpose other than to disparage the business community who pays them to stay in business. Go away for good. Don't join them until they become more pro-business and support the businesses. Useless organization.
