Since Citysearch does not have a negative rating system, I have no choice but to go with the one star that the BBB is not even worthy of that rating. I boycott the BBB whenever I can. I am starting a blog site about them in Jacksonville so that the businesses can go to and have a place to post information about their deadbeat customers and how the BBB always sides with the customer. The BBB then has a rating for the business based upon the complaints (most oftn false). \r

All businesses in Jacksonville need to boycott the BBB. Without the businesses, they would not be in business. The BBB serves no useful purpose. You try and get these false complaints about your business removed and they ignore your request. It is time to give them the same treatment they give other businesses. So blog away Jacksonville businesses about how phony and negative the BBB is to Jacksonville businesses.
