Very well ran hotel 4/7/2011

This is a very well run Best Western, almost no problems. more

One of the few places in Baltimore near a reasonable price 4/5/2011

For those of us who know Best Western as a chain of hotel properties that have seen better days ("Worst Western"), this location is a pleasant surprise. Clean, well-apponted rooms & public areas, a free breakfast including "eggs" and "sausage", and a USA Today (in a stack in by the restaurant) made this an enjoyable stay - and one of the few decent places in Baltimore that is anywhere near a reasonable price more

Very promt to responding to requests 4/4/2011

appreciated the prompt response when we requested dry towels for the pool area. thank you! more

We stay at this hotel often and like it 3/30/2011

we were Johns Hopkins patient, and have stayed in this hotel for several times each year for many years. more

The staff was friendly and courteous 3/28/2011

my husband and i enjoyed our stay in baltimore and our experience at this best western. we were pleased at the convenience of the shuttle service which we used to see many downtown attractions. the staff was friendly and courteous and quite helpful to us. and when you visit, be sure to try the blueberry muffins! more

Great value for a nice hotel 3/24/2011

The lobby was nicely decorated and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the high speed internet worked fine. We enjoyed the pool which was located on the first floor and close to the elevator. Our free breakfast in the morning was very good with lots of choices and very friendly staff. We took advantage of the free shuttle to the inner harbor which travelled through Fell's Point via Johns Hopkins. It was a nice tour through parts of Balt. we hadn't seen before. Very nice. All in all, for the price, Baltimore Best Western Hotel & Conference Center is great value for a nice hotel. more

A really good hotel to stay at... 3/21/2011

Liked the breakfast, shuttle and gift shop. more

My experience at this hotel was better than average 3/17/2011

The desk people were very friendly/ helpful. The breakfast buffet was an unexpected supprise. I had an appointment at John Hopkins. The shuttle driver knew exactly where to go, everything worked out great. I read other reviews of this hotel & almost changed my reservation because of them. My experience at this hotel was better than average. more

Best Western is a GREAT deal 3/16/2011

I was there with my wife and 3 grandkids. For $98 (AARP discount), you get a heated pool, a gym, a sauna, a hot tub, free wifi, free breakfast, and free shuttle service to the Inner Harbor. I think this is a GREAT deal, and we'll be back. The room was clean, and the staff were extremely helpful with directions and advice, and were very friendly. And a McDonald's in the parking lot (hey, the grandkids thought that was awesome). more

Staff were genuinely welcoming 3/11/2011

We received service with a smile and the staff were genuinely welcoming. more

Check- on/out was quick and easy 3/8/2011

Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. Front desk gave us a courtesy call about a 1/2 hour after we checked in to make sure the room was okay. more

An excellent hotel with no problems 3/7/2011

We stayed 1 night here on a 16day tour of the capital region. This was an excellent hotel with no problems (and yes we had some in others!!) This is a going places hotel-the room was large, well serviced and excellent air con. Reception staff were excellent polite, helpful and although we didin't try the theatre on site we wished we had. The free shuttle service which you need to book on arrival runs on the hour from hotel except over lunch and dinner and collects on the half hour at the inner harbour. We returned from a full day at the harbour and ate in the restaurant which was excellent and also produced a great breakfast. more

Pleasantly surprised with my stay 3/3/2011

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay. The hotel lobby is large and well-furnished and the entire hotel itself is fairly large. The room was nice, there was free wireless Internet, a fridge and microwave with no extra charge, and the bathroom was sufficient, but old (there was some stuff peeling from corners/walls). The shower head was nice. more

I would definitely stay here again 3/1/2011

Our stay included a nice breakfast each morning. There was plenty to choose from with a hot buffet type meal. It was free too! One of our family members has special dietary needs and we were very happy that the staff went beyond the norm in making something special both mornings. They even remembered what we needed the 2nd morning. I would definitely stay here again. more

I will definitely be returning to this hotel 2/25/2011

We spent a night at this hotel to visit Toby's Dinner Theater and the service was wonderful. The lobby was very nice and the rooms were great. I actually felt at home with the staff. The shuttle driver that took us to the Harbor was very nice and fun to be around. We found it a joy to tip him for his service. (He never mentioned a tip to us). I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Although the bus terminal is connected to this hotel, you would not know it unless you look that way. I had 22 guest with me and everyone enjoyed this hotel. I will be returning. more

Best Western was a good choice 2/16/2011

We needed a room for one night while we were attending an event and the Best Western was a good choice. Close to I-95 but we couldn't hear the traffic. more

Overall a great experience 2/11/2011

Overall it was a great experience. My husband and I stay at Best Westerns when we travel across the USA. This time my brothers and 93 year old mother stayed at the hotel upon my recommendation. They were very pleased with the hotel. They couldn't get over how well the beds were for sleeping and the pillows. They loved the breakfast. It was a great time for my family. We needed more towels and they were delivered within a few minutes. Thank you for having such a quality hotel, one that we can find comfortable throughout our travels. more
