The lobby was nicely decorated and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the high speed internet worked fine. We enjoyed the pool which was located on the first floor and close to the elevator. Our free breakfast in the morning was very good with lots of choices and very friendly staff. We took advantage of the free shuttle to the inner harbor which travelled through Fell's Point via Johns Hopkins. It was a nice tour through parts of Balt. we hadn't seen before. Very nice. All in all, for the price, Baltimore Best Western Hotel & Conference Center is great value for a nice hotel.
