Room was clean and comfortable, beds were of decent size and had plenty of pillows, bathroom was adequate, TV was good, microwave and refrigerator always a plus. more

The service at the hotel was great and I have no problems with them at all. The shuttle was great because after a long day at work I was able to take the shuttle to the inner harbor and not have to worry about driving and parking. I will stay at this hotel the next time I'm in town! more

Well, it's not in a great location but then again the location is the best part of this hotel. Close to the inner-harbor, close to Canton with its cafes and restaurants,close to Little Italy, close to sporting fileds and close to JohnsHopkins. more

The hotel had great service 12/9/2010

Came for the first time to Baltimore to celebrate our 35 anniversary. Had a rate in mind and it was met. The hotel is right off the interstate but you never hear any noise. The hotel had great service, friendly staff, a free shuttle to the inner harbor and conference center and probably the best thing of all was the dinner theater on the hotel premises! The meal and musical was fantastic. The dinner theater is a must if you enjoy arts. All the staff went out of their way to make you comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the girl in charge of the early buffet give new and wonderful meaning to smiling and friendliness! We could all take a lesson from her! This trip was exactly what we needed and asked for! Thanks Best Western and CC Baltimore! more

The staff of the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly. I'd stay here again just for the price, the free breakfast and the free shuttle into the Harbor. The shuttle runs from 7 a.m. - 11 p.m. If you need to take a taxi it is $14.00 from the Harbor to the hotel. We didn't need to do this as the free shuttle was always on time. If you want to save your money to do fun things and not spend it on a hotel room, this is the place to stay. more

The shuttle service to the Inner Harbor and Camden Yards was the icing on the cake! Great service. The breakfast at the hotel was the best we've ever had at a hotel - and we've stayed in lots. more

Nice stay 11/15/2010

Fast food is in walking distance if needed. Bus station connected to hotel. Easy on/off for I-95. Recommend taking the back streets if you can since the first exit southbound on I-95 was a toll. Short drive to Baltimore harbor area. All in all a nice stay. We would stay here again if we travel to the Baltimore area. more

Checkout was quick and easy. We did not use the free shuttle, you must schedule it way in advance but it was a very easy drive downtown. The sheets were great even though the beds were a little hard for my taste but all in all we had a very pleasant stay. We plan to use this hotel for any future trips to Baltimore. more

A great hotel to stay at 11/3/2010

What a great hotel to stay at if you are planning a visit to the Inner Harbor in Baltimore, Md. We just got back from a 2 night stay. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the Inner Harbor, but the free shuttle that takes you back and forth is great. The price of $93.00 for a queen sized room with 2 beds can't be beat, and it includes breakfast at the price. The hotel was located right off of I-95. Our room was on the 11th floor and facing the city. What a great view of the city. The room was clean and neat, and I couldn't find anything wrong with it. We did not hear any noise from the highway. more

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family. We stopped for a weekend layover in Baltimore on our way up north. We were pleasantly surprised by the overall service received at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to everyone wanting value, comfort, good service and cleanliness. more
