Best Rate Cleanouts

We needed to clean out my father in laws house to ready for sale. I called Chris at Best Rate Cleanouts. He rearranged his schedule for me as I was going to be traveling, and came out to provide his very reasonable estimate on a Sunday. We agreed to have them do the job. He showed up promptly and completed all ahead of schedule and left the house neatly swept. I would recommend Best Rate to anyone needing this service. Very pleased. more

I got a number of estimates to clean out my cellar. All were in the same ballpark, but so much higher than I expected. All of the ones I called kept telling me the ""exceptions"" to the general estimate, which kept driving the price up. They were all large companies that I had heard of before. I almost cancelled the estimate appointment for Best Rate Cleanouts, because I assumed they would give me the same high price, with all the exceptions added to the base estimate. Am I glad I didn't cancel that appointment!! Chris, the owner of Best Rate Cleanouts came, and in 10 minutes of looking at the basement he gave me a quote which was 1/3 the final price of everyone else's quotes...and no exceptions!!! We shook hands, he gave me the written quote, which specified ""everything in the basement"", as I asked, and he and his crew showed up 3 times, cleaned everything out (it was extensive) and swept before they left. They were always on time, efficient and courteous. I have already signed with them to return before our house closing and take everything else remaining in the house...again at a good price. I had an extraordinary experience with Best Rate Estate Cleanouts. Chris Jordan is remarkably professional and responsive. He took complete responsibility for my house...meeting with me to manage my expectations, staging the event, publicizing it, communicating with me regularly, managing the event and then completing it in a way that I didn't have to worry about anything. The house was spotless afterwards and I was several thousand dollars richer. I can't say enough great things about Chris and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is a gem!! more

Our Attic was filled with years and years of our parents junk and we needed to get it all cleaned out to sell the house. We called a different company before Best Rate and that company wanted to charge us a ridiculous fee to clean it out. So we contacted Best rate Cleanouts and talked with Chris. He came over that day, looked at what we had and charged us 1/3 of what the other company was going to charge. Knowing he is going to salvage some of the items etc. made us feel better too. They did the cleanout the next day and it only took a couple of hours. They were extremely professional in all aspects and Chris made us feel very comfortable. I had some construction debris and a Hot Tub(broken into pieces) at my mothers house I needed removed. I called Best Rate and talked to Chris and he told me no problem he could get there Friday afternoon or early Saturday, it was Thursday when we talked. I expressed that we had a HURRICANE coming on Sunday and couldn't have this stuff blowing around it would be very dangerous. After being told they would handle it I stopped calling other companies. needles to say I never heard from them Friday or Saturday and I called and left messages to which none we replied to. So in short this business is a JOKE. Leaving a 76 year old woman with junk in her back yard a day before a HURRICANE is unacceptable. I warn you to not trust them for your projects in the future as they are not reliable and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I was required to give them 1 star . I would give them a ZERO!!! more

We finally have gone from being a house full of clutter to a clean welcoming home. Best Rate Cleanouts removed all of our unwanted junk etc. quickly and professionally. We really liked how they are a family owned business and how attentive they were to our needs and requests. In addition it made us feel good knowing many of our so called ""junky"" items were going to be donated to charities rather than get destroyed. My sister and I recently inherited our late father's estate and really had no idea what to do. Our main concern was getting the house presentable for sale. Our dad was a pack rat, so there was stuff everywhere!!! We called a couple junk removal companies before we found Best Rate Cleanouts. The 2 junk removal companies gave us quotes of well over a thousand dollars, which was ridiculous! The owner of Best Rate Cleanouts, Chris, came to the house and gave us a price way below the others. The job was started on a Friday and by Sunday the house was completely empty. Another great perk was we were in need of having a couple of carpets cleaned in two of the rooms, Chris just happened to be the owner of Jordan's Carpet Cleaning.
