Our Attic was filled with years and years of our parents junk and we needed to get it all cleaned out to sell the house. We called a different company before Best Rate and that company wanted to charge us a ridiculous fee to clean it out. So we contacted Best rate Cleanouts and talked with Chris. He came over that day, looked at what we had and charged us 1/3 of what the other company was going to charge. Knowing he is going to salvage some of the items etc. made us feel better too. They did the cleanout the next day and it only took a couple of hours. They were extremely professional in all aspects and Chris made us feel very comfortable. Thank you for the great job and we will be referring you to whoever may need this type of work.
