Mike and Johnny were very courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. Did I mention that they were pleasant and very nice too?! We have a heating/cooling forced furnace and the high limit switch needed replacement. These guys called me, asked for the model and the serial numbers, they purchased the part and came right over to fix the problem. In less than 10 minutes, the furnace was working! I think it took us longer to walk to the unit than it took for them to complete the job. Oh and the price, the price was extremely reasonable - they were wonderful! Best Heating & Cooling came out to give an estimate on moving an existing external AC compressor. They were able to answer some questions that helped me decide to buy a new, more efficient compressor, which they installed. They installed the compressor quickly and well. Additionally, they were able to quickly look into an unrelated HVAC problem a couple weeks later & fix it in 2 days. They do a great job explaining the work they are doing. The new AC unit is quiet and efficiently cools our house. I am very happy that we worked with Best to make the upgrade. more

I am extremely pleased with this company. I had called another company whos name we will not mention but they drive yellow cars. They blew me off, and i had no air, so I called BEST and they were at my house with in an hr. Awsome! Mike C was very professional and friendly. Contacted Best Heating and Cooling, spoke to Kellie and was very impressed with her down to earth attitude. On Monday, Mike came to our home, asked what was going on with the air conditioner and went right to the problem. Mike outlined what the condition of our air conditioner unit was presently, what we could do to improve the air conditoning in the future. I decided right then and there he should schedule our heating unit for servcing as well more

Can't say enough good about this guy. I called on a Saturday night and Mike came out within the hour to fix my air conditioner. He found the problem quickly, replaced it with a part from his truck, and my air was working within minutes. Every other company I called wanted money just to show up but I was promised a free estimate and service within the hour on a Saturday night! My total bill was less than it would have cost for an estimate with the other companies I called! Will definitely call these guys again in the future! more

I live in Naperville, IL. And Best came To fix my heating system in the middle of a snow storm. he was knowledgeable and honest. It's nice when you don't feel like the guy is just trying to sell you something you don't need. Mike just fixed my heating system and he was on his way to the next call. Mike came to our house late Saturday night. He showed up with in an hour of when I called and asked for service. I came home from work and our furnace just wasn't working for some reason. Well Mike gave us a free estimate and he was able to fix our furnace at a reasonable price that night. Before we knew it we were all snuggled in our beds in a warm house again. Mike and Kelly were both great! At the same time of our furnace needing to be checked and some other duct work that needed to be completed, my mother in laws furnace was having problems and we asked Mike to check it out. He was able to take care of my Mother-in-Law within 24 hours with a new install of a furnace, etc.....Thanks guys you make a great team. Mike with Best Heating & Cooling came out to my home on a Friday evening. We just brought home our new baby boy home for the very first time from the Hospital and our Furnace went out. Mike gave us a free Estimate and he came out free of charge. Unfortunately we needed a new Furnace but Surprisingly to us before he left our home Friday night he gave us three portable Heaters so we wouldn't freeze over night. We didn't even have to pay him a deposit on the new Furnace he just came back early Saturday morning and installed the new Furnace. He even gave us a free thermostat because we purchased a new furnace and he offered to come next year free of charge to preform annual maintenance to our furnace. Mike said we need to keep up with the maintenance because of the warranty. I already recommended Mike from Best Heating & Cooling to my Mother and some of my neighbors. It's so hard to find an honest guy like Mike he was definitely a blessing to my Family. Thanks Mike for all the discounts nobody wants to pay full price right before Christmas!!!! more

We called Best Heating & Cooling to service our Furnace. Mike from Best Heating & Cooling was the guy who showed up and looked at our Furnace. We called Best because their company serviced our area. When we called the lady one the phone was very polite and she spoke with a smile. She told us she could get a Technician over to our house in an hour. I was thinking yea right but wouldn't you know Mike showed up 45 minutes after I called Best Heating & Cooling. He introduced him self as Mike and he let us know that he would be giving us a free Estimate. At this time I'm thinking that sure he will give me a free Estimate but he will charge me for it some where else right. Well I was wrong again. We have called different heating and cooling companies from time to time and we were never able to match price with customer service so we were never able to find a heating and cooling company that we would call our go to guys. Little did Mike know at the time but I'm also a landlord so I was actually interviewing Mike to be my go to guy for my many different properties that I own in the DuPage County area. As you can see by my 5 star rating that he passed. Mike serviced my Furnace and he explained to me that all I needed to do is have my unit cleaned out and then it should work properly for me. Again I'm thinking ok I will agree to the cleaning but how much will this cost me and will this really be all I need or is he just setting me up for more charges? Again Mike surprised me he spent about 45 minutes cleaning out my furnace and he put in a new filter and it only cost me $40. My furnace works great now and I called him to service one of my other properties. Again Mike showed up on time and he didn't inconvenience me by making me go to the property. Mike sent me an invoice with a link to Paypal to pay for his services for that day. At this property I have two Furnaces that I asked him to clean and this time Mike from Best Heating & Cooling gave me a discount for the two units. I had Mike from Best Heating & Cooling come out to my house. I called and the girl on the phone said she would send Mike to my house in about 45 minutes. I was shocked when he showed up on time. You know what I'm talking about usually you wait for these heating and cooling guys forever. But Mike was early so when he got to my house I asked him how much it was going to cost me for him to just look at my furnace because the last guy told me I owed him $85 just so that he could tell me I needed a new unit. Mike said that he was going to give me a free Estimate and he would let me know what is going on with my furnace.  Well Mike went down in my basement where the Furnace is located and he came back up a few minutes later. I was waiting for him to tell me I needed a new unit but he said all I needed was a switch and a good cleaning. He did a great job and I will call Best Heating and Cooling next time first.
