Contacted Best Heating and Cooling, spoke to Kellie and was very impressed with her down to earth attitude. On Monday, Mike came to our home, asked what was going on with the air conditioner and went right to the problem. Mike outlined what the condition of our air conditioner unit was presently, what we could do to improve the air conditoning in the future. I decided right then and there he should schedule our heating unit for servcing as well
