Review content:
I had Mike from Best Heating & Cooling come out to my house. I called and the girl on the phone said she would send Mike to my house in about 45 minutes. I was shocked when he showed up on time. You know what I'm talking about usually you wait for these heating and cooling guys forever. But Mike was early so when he got to my house I asked him how much it was going to cost me for him to just look at my furnace because the last guy told me I owed him $85 just so that he could tell me I needed a new unit. Mike said that he was going to give me a free Estimate and he would let me know what is going on with my furnace. Well Mike went down in my basement where the Furnace is located and he came back up a few minutes later. I was waiting for him to tell me I needed a new unit but he said all I needed was a switch and a good cleaning. He did a great job and I will call Best Heating and Cooling next time first. Thanks Mike for answering all of my silly questions and for being such an honest guy.
