Best Heating and Cooling provided the best service that we have yet received for a home project. We felt so confident in their ability from the beginning, that we decided to have the furnace and air conditioner. They were very courteous, respectful of our home, and of our time. I have used them twice now, they were on time, courteous and very helpful. I would definitely use them again. I called for service on a weekend and they came out two hours later without a problem. I felt they were very honest and up front. more

\r I am extremely pleased with this company. I had called another company whos name we will not mention but they drive yellow cars. They blew me off, and i had no air, so I called BEST and they were at my house with in an hr. Awsome! Mike was very professional and friendly. He diagnosed the problem and set about to corretcting it the house was cool in about an hr. I have a new hvac company that I will use for all my heating and cooling needs. GREAT JOB MIKE more

Contacted Best Heating and Cooling, spoke to Kellie and was very impressed with her down to earth attitude. On Monday, Mike came to our home, asked what was going on with the air conditioner and went right to the problem. Mike outlined what the condition of our air conditioner unit was presently, what we could do to improve the air conditoning in the future. I decided right then and there he should schedule our heating unit for servcing as well more

Can't say enough good about this guy. I called on a Saturday night and Mike came out within the hour to fix my air conditioner. He found the problem quickly, replaced it with a part from his truck, and my air was working within minutes. Every other company I called wanted money just to show up but I was promised a free estimate and service within the hour on a Saturday night! My total bill was less than it would have cost for an estimate with the other companies I called! Will definitely call these guys again in the future! more

I live in Naperville, IL. And Best came To fix my heating system in the middle of a snow storm. he was knowledgeable and honest. It's nice when you don't feel like the guy is just trying to sell you something you don't need. Mike just fixed my heating system and he was on his way to the next call. Mike has a life time customer here in Naperville for sure. more

Highly recommended!! After my furnace stopped working when I had my vents professionally cleaned, I spent 3 days with no heat (february) while the vent cleaning company sent their techs to try to figure out the issue. Finally they called Best, and Mike was able to Dx the problem immediately, and fixed it very quickly. I am so grateful for his hard work this evening. The next time I have a problem, I will definitely be calling them. Very professional, and KIND! more

My motor was broke on my Furnace, Best came but my Husband was trying to fix it so my Husband and Mike worked on it together, They fixed it and my Husband tried to give him some money but Mike refused to take the money, We told him next time if we have a big issue we will call again, I stuck some money in his tool box, LOL more

This guy went above and beyond the call of duty so I needed to write a review about my experience. He put in a new furnace in my house with in 4 hours of me making my appointment. I called in the morning around 9 and he was finished by lunch time. I receive a new thermostat and humidifier for free with install. But what shocked me was when he upgraded my unit at no charge because they ran out of the unit I wanted. He could have made me wait till my unit came in but he decided just to upgrade for free and he still stuck with the price he gave me on my estimate. Great service. more

Mike and Kelly were both great! At the same time of our furnace needing to be checked and some other duct work that needed to be completed, my mother in laws furnace was having problems and we asked Mike to check it out. He was able to take care of my Mother-in-Law within 24 hours with a new install of a furnace, etc.....Thanks guys you make a great team. With Mike's HVAC Skills and Kelly's customer Service skills- we will see you in the Spring more

Mike with Best Heating & Cooling came out to my home on a Friday evening. We just brought home our new baby boy home for the very first time from the Hospital and our Furnace went out. Mike gave us a free Estimate and he came out free of charge. Unfortunately we needed a new Furnace but Surprisingly to us before he left our home Friday night he gave us three portable Heaters so we wouldn't freeze over night. We didn't even have to pay him a deposit on the new Furnace he just came back early Saturday morning and installed the new Furnace. He even gave us a free thermostat because we purchased a new furnace and he offered to come next year free of charge to preform annual maintenance to our furnace. Mike said we need to keep up with the maintenance because of the warranty. I already recommended Mike from Best Heating & Cooling to my Mother and some of my neighbors. It's so hard to find an honest guy like Mike he was definitely a blessing to my Family. Thanks Mike for all the discounts nobody wants to pay full price right before Christmas!!!! more
