We had a mystery leak that two other companies couldn't help us with but Tom from Best Choice Plumbers came out quickly and assessed and fixed the situation! We're new to our house so he was also very helpful with showing us where all the valves were and even helped with a leaky faucet! We'll def be using them for all our future plumbing needs! more

Best Choice Plumbers - excellent service 3/1/2021

Best Choice Plumbers responded to our non-emergency plumbing need on the same day we called. Tom P diagnosed the issue and explained 2 or 3 fix options to us. He fixed the problem involving copper pipe repair for our shower in less than one hour. Excellent customer service. more

Fixed our problem and more 7/22/2019

We had a clog from our kitchen sink (connecting to our pipes which then connects to the sewer). After John used a machine (large plumbing snake) to clear the blockage (which made a gross smelly mess, which we expected [we covered our walls with old sheets for this reason]). John ended up taking down some of the sheets, helping put them in our washer and even cleaned up some areas where the mess got that the sheets missed. He even noticed we had a paper towel around our water valves by our washer (we thought maybe that connect to our sink issue) so he tightened the bolts for us! :) John was super helpful, nice and went above and beyond; We wouldn't think twice about calling again if we ever had another plumbing problem. more

I cannot say enough great things about Justin. We had been without water for 2 days and I live with my elderly mother and grandchildren. Justin came in, checked out the situation and gave me a couple of options as far as repairs. He handled everything - even moving clothes out of the closet. He was in and out within a couple of hours. Very pleasant and professional. more

John H - drain pipe repair & new water heater 7/10/2019

John arrived at our house right on time. He assessed the drain pipe situation, explained what needed to be done, and gave an estimate. As he worked, he also noticed the poor shape of our water heater which was installed in 1992. External rust marks were visible on the water heater. John gave us a price for a new one, told me he had one in the truck, and after a little thought I accepted the offer. John drained the old water heater, removed it and installed the new one. He left the basement spotless, closed and locked the rear door, and even closed the gate in the yard. We settled up in a professional way and he quietly left. Everything is working fine. I would welcome John back into m h home for any plumbing issues that may arise. Thanks John for a great job. more

I called Best Choice Plumbers about a basement drain problem around 8:15 a.m. They said they would have someone at my home by 9:30 a.m. John H. arrived about 9:10 a.m., assessed the problem, wrote up an estimate and began work after I okayed the estimate. He did good work. He solved my drain problem. He was courteous and conscientious. I will use this company again when I have a plumbing problem and cross my fingers that I again get John H. more

Stanley Holcomb - excellent plumber 3/29/2019

Stanley came to our house to unclog a kitchen drain. He gave a clear explanation of the options and then set to work. He explained clearly what he was doing. After the first pass, he checked the drain and was not satisfied with the flow rate. So he ran the snake in again. He explained the use of the bioOne and gave tips on the use of the garbage disposal. Stanley was competent, efficient, helpful, and friendly. An outstanding plumber! more

Professional Service 2/22/2019

Once again, there is a reason why we ask for Justin by name. He installed our new water heater yesterday, and I was impressed by his professionalism at every turn. He took the time to explain the installation, he did it efficiently, and he made sure to explain what I needed to know about my new water heater to keep it running well. Some service people seem annoyed by customer questions, but Justin always finds a way to answer all questions with a smile. more

Plumbing service by Justin Ecker 1/23/2019

Justin provided excellent service and explained each step he was taking and what other alternatives would be. After taking several different steps he was able to resolve our clogged kitchen drain. The price for the service was a bit higher than previous plumbers we have used but our problem was solved. Also Best Choice Plumbers spend more time than other plumbers I have used trying to sell me additional products and services. Neither of these criticisms is a negative reflection of Justin. He is an excellent representative for Best Choice Plumbers. more

We had low water pressure, and it was time to do something about it. Best Choice Plumbers were recommended to us by a neighbor, and Justin was recommended in particular. Justin exceeded our expectations. He arrived promptly with a smile, ready to work. He carefully explained what does, how he diagnoses the problem, and how he can solve it. For water pressure problem, he accurately recommended a PRV value replacement. He fixed it on the spot. Now we can cross this off of our to-do list. We would highly recommend Justin for his professionalism. more
