Stanley Holcomb was the plumber who installed my new water heater. Stanley was very professional and thorough. He arrived at the stated time and cleaned up the space after the water heater was installed. He explained the cost and how the new device worked that he installed. He has a great personality!!! more

When it was time to replace our hot water heater, we called Best Choice Plumbers, with whom we have an annual contract. As usual, Heidi in the office was friendly and helpful, and we were able to get the work done that day. We are very pleased with Best Choice Plumbers. more

Great service 4/19/2016

I called Best Choice Plumbers on Sunday late afternoon. I was immediately sent the photo of their team member, Gary Ruddlesden. I was given time on Monday morning which was with in 24 hour time but I preferred afternoon time. Gary showed up on exact time. Gary is very professional with a positive attitude and did a great job, and waited patiently for the water to dry up and trying patiently drying up the water coming our of sewerage line. Gary is a very nice guy and is highly recommended, and will definitely use him and best choice plumbers again (By Asghar) more

Happy to Recommend Best Choice Plumbers 9/14/2015

First time using Best Choice Plumbers and very satisfied. David was courteous and job site was clean after he was finished installing a new hot water heater. He gave us 3 options and explained each. He arrived a little later than expected but called to let us know he was stuck in traffic which was good. We now have a new plumber! more

Dave L. provided advice about what plumbing features needed upgrading. He new the Montgomery County, MD code and competently explained why a water pressure regulator was important for appliances, especially new ones. He did his best not to track dirt into the house and managed to perform a remarkable number of tasks (remove old gas hot water heater, install new hot water heater, install pressure regulator, ream bath tub and sink, and install a new toilet flapper) in a relatively short period of time. Should I need additional plumbing service in the future, I'll be sure to contact Best Choice Plumbers and ask for Dave to do the work. - Magenta more

I received great service this August from Heidi (scheduling) and Dave L. (on-site) on a main line back-up involving a tree root issue on my residence property. New Garbage Disposal 7/16/2015

My 10 year old garbage disposal stopped working. Called the number on the unit and although it was after hours, reached a very friendly person who arranged for a Saturday morning appointment. Dave was on time, very friendly and professional, gave me several options. more

Bathroom remodel 7/7/2015

I am very glad that I chose Best Choice Plumbers to work on my bathroom. Originally I was just going to get my shower running again. But the job quickly escalated to an entire bathroom remodel (floor beams were rotted). Thanks to the professionalism and competence of the best choice plumbers staff, I now have a functioning and beautiful bathroom again. The price of the job was reasonable and I am very happy that financing was available. Every one of their staff members worked together to turn this job around very quickly and I am truly grateful. clogged outside basement drain 6/26/2015

I called Best Choice Plumbers when the water in my basement way would not drain. Dave L was the tech who came out. He knew just what the problem was and gave me three options to fix the problem depending on what type of investment I wanted to make. Dave completed the job, removed the cat toys, sock, thick black dirt out of my basement drain and sump pump so it would flow freely. The basement drain is completely clear and working perfectly.
