When I called the day before I brought it in, I talked to a female, and told her my problems. When I asked her how long it was going to take, she informed me that it would be done the same day. So of course I thought that was great news!! The next day I drove 3 1/2 hours for them to tell me that it would NOT be ready that same day, It would be 5 to 7 days. I stated NICELY what I was told the perivous day and I all got from them was "well I dont know who you talked to but there is no way. There are many computers in front of yours. But you can pay EXTRA to get it moved to the front of the line, where it will be ready in 24 hours." I also got a quote on how much it would cost and what I ended up paying was almost DOUBLE! so Paying extra was not an option! After I drove the 3 1/2 hours home, I was trying to figure out what day I would be able to come and get it, seeing how I go to school and work monday- fridays. The next day at 4:00pm I received a call telling me that my computer was ready. If I would have known that it would have been ready the next day I would have gotten a hotel room and stayed the night and not had to put extra millage on my car and gas money. When I called to talk to the store manager about possibly mailing it to me, or figure out a way to get it to me, he was busy assisting a comstomer, so i left my name and number, and asked for him to called me as soon as he got to his office. That was a week ago..... still no call.
Will I ever return to your store? NO. I will drive to OKC.. Will I ever tell someone to go to your store? NO. I will discourge them to go. Worst customer service. Having worked in customer relations for the last 5 years, I was embarassed for you.
