I really like the fact that these guys don't work on commission. It is nice not to be hassled while I'm admiring giant plasma tvs that I will never own. Most times that I visit Best Buy, it is very easy to find an associate if I have a question. There have been occassions--mainly when the store is very busy--that I have had a hard time finding anyone; but, for the most part everyone is easy to find and very knowledgeable and helpful. All of that is well and good, but mainly I like the place because I can gawk at 60 inch LCD and plasma tvs in high def.
