We allow our users express their opinions, but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. Bad customer service and bad corporate policy combine to make this place a risky shopping experience. We purchased a Sprint overdrive from best buy and were assured we would receive the same support from best buy that we would from Sprint - if not better. The short of it is that the device broke within a month and best buy refused to replace it. It was not broken, it was defective but best buy told me I would have to wait weeks while they sent it off to try and fix it. If I would have purchased the device at sprint I would have been back up and running within hours. Shame on you best buy. Do not shop here, you will regret it! Buy from an online retailer like Amazon. I have always had great customer service through them.
