What an ignoble experience! High prices and half truths about the laptops and computers from quirky sales greenies. The hot laptop computer ""on ad"" I looked for are not in stock (they had a pink one). Try calling their line and its a recording, not the real store you are calling and they'll call you back in an hour. Try smaller computer outlets like Software and More or Video Wholesale Services in Holladay. MUCH Better service! Pros: Lots of stuff at retail prices Cons: Ignorant help more

Much improved 11/19/2009

Years ago I had a terrible experience at this store and vowed never to come back. Well, on getting a gift card, I came back. The customer service has improved so much there, it doesn't even seem like the same place. I have no problem shopping there. They even say hello when you come in, and thanks when you pay. What a concept! I would say, though, to skip any interaction with the Geek Squad whatsoever. They, for the most part, have absolutely no idea what they're talking about and the service there is a joke. The only way to ever get something fixed is to straight to a manager. good prices and finance deals 7/3/2006

They don't have a lot to choose from with the appliances. They do offer good finance terms with a best buy card from time to time if you need to have a few extra months to pay for the appliances. The staff did not seem to know a whole lot about the appliances they are very nice and ask if they can help you multiple times but then when you ask them a question about a product they don't seem to know a whole lot. PROS: good financing CONS: don't know about the appliances more

Not good 9/13/2005

I can not believe any company in this age of customer service was this poor. First, it took them 24 days to tell me my order would not ship and that was only after I called them! Then customer service tried to get me to buy a more expensive TV as a replacement. Can you say "bait and switch"? Then, since my credit card was charged, I had to pay as my "credit" had not rung up yet. They didn't even care when I said they would lose me and my family and friends as customers forever.
