Review content:
Years ago I had a terrible experience at this store and vowed never to come back. Well, on getting a gift card, I came back. The customer service has improved so much there, it doesn't even seem like the same place. I have no problem shopping there. They even say hello when you come in, and thanks when you pay. What a concept! I would say, though, to skip any interaction with the Geek Squad whatsoever. They, for the most part, have absolutely no idea what they're talking about and the service there is a joke. The only way to ever get something fixed is to straight to a manager. That mars an otherwise good review. Pros: selection, service Cons: geek squad is terrible
