The hot laptop computer ""on ad"" I looked for are not in stock (they had a pink one). Try calling their line and its a recording, not the real store you are calling and they'll call you back in an hour. Try smaller computer outlets like Software and More or Video Wholesale Services in Holladay. MUCH Better service!
