I can not believe any company in this age of customer service was this poor. First, it took them 24 days to tell me my order would not ship and that was only after I called them! Then customer service tried to get me to buy a more expensive TV as a replacement. Can you say "bait and switch"? Then, since my credit card was charged, I had to pay as my "credit" had not rung up yet. They didn't even care when I said they would lose me and my family and friends as customers forever.
