Best Buy in Olympia is a fairly new store and has a great stock of all kinds of electronics, television, etc. They have wonderful sales and a wide selection of products.

I brought my laptop here for a couple of keys to be replaced, and they sent my laptop off....and it came back with a new hard drive. No backup was offered, and requests for the diagnostic report and destruction documents for my hard drive were met with the statement "we don't provide those to consumers.". When i asked for the policy regarding this, they refused to provide that either. So now I've lost everything on my hard drive, and they refused to replace programs....but hey, they offered a $100 gift card even though I'll never shop there again more

the GM of this store is a jerk 1/4/2011

The sales staff and manager are great, but the general manager is a jerk. The other staff indicated they would price match another Best Buy store laptop (same exact model, etc) since they had it much lower priced than the Olympia store, and they had one in stock, but the general manager told me "our prices are personal property and none of your business" and forced me to drive all the way to the Tacoma Mall store to get the exact same laptop they had in stock in Olympia to obtain the lower price. Plus Tacoma has higher taxes so it cost me the gas and extra tax money to have to go there. The rest of the staff were just shaking their heads over this general manager being such a ....um, rude person. more

Best Buy is a good place to go. 10/12/2009

Best Buy can be entered through the mall which is very convenient. The store is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Prices are average I would say - every once in awhile you might run into a good deal. They do have a wide variety of appliances and electronics so you can get everything in one place. more

Always what you need! 7/26/2005

I got my computer here and the sales staff is always willing to help. Although I felt the salesman was a little pushy, he did understand my budget and didn't try to push me past it. I did overhear other salesmen giving "the pitch" to try to convince customers to buy, which is a bit of a turn off to me. Be prepared for other selling, becuase they will try to convince you to purchase every other piece of equipment or service you might ever need and those can often be found elsewhere for cheaper. more

Huge inventory 7/15/2005

This store has a great location and huge inventory. The store is clean and well organized. Their customer service is good and you never have to go looking for help. If you watch for the sales you can get some nice deals. more

Good prices! 5/26/2005

I do love Best Buy because they will match prices and their customer service is excellent. They seem to be very knowledgable about what they are selling. I bought my beautiful new fridge here as well as a digital camera recently. I like that you earn points to get money back as well. PROS: Price matching CONS: Can't think of anything! more
