Review content:
The sales staff and manager are great, but the general manager is a jerk. The other staff indicated they would price match another Best Buy store laptop (same exact model, etc) since they had it much lower priced than the Olympia store, and they had one in stock, but the general manager told me "our prices are personal property and none of your business" and forced me to drive all the way to the Tacoma Mall store to get the exact same laptop they had in stock in Olympia to obtain the lower price. Plus Tacoma has higher taxes so it cost me the gas and extra tax money to have to go there. The rest of the staff were just shaking their heads over this general manager being such a ....um, rude person.
