I got my computer here and the sales staff is always willing to help. Although I felt the salesman was a little pushy, he did understand my budget and didn't try to push me past it. I did overhear other salesmen giving "the pitch" to try to convince customers to buy, which is a bit of a turn off to me. Be prepared for other selling, becuase they will try to convince you to purchase every other piece of equipment or service you might ever need and those can often be found elsewhere for cheaper.
