I brought my laptop here for a couple of keys to be replaced, and they sent my laptop off....and it came back with a new hard drive. No backup was offered, and requests for the diagnostic report and destruction documents for my hard drive were met with the statement "we don't provide those to consumers.". When i asked for the policy regarding this, they refused to provide that either. So now I've lost everything on my hard drive, and they refused to replace programs....but hey, they offered a $100 gift card even though I'll never shop there again
