NEVER AGAIN AND I MEAN NEVER!!!! 6/15/2010

Sanmsung DVD player stops playing in 8 months. Best buy sends it out only to tell me parts are covered and labor is not. The labor bill is $175.00 for a DVD player I paid $249.00. Spoke with managers and nothing they could do. Called Samsung and they fixed for free with free shipping labels included. They also informed me that in or out of warranty Samsung only has a $50.00 flat fee for labor! Asked Best Buy manager and they said that the quality of workmanship was better at there repair facility. I highly doubt that. more

Avoid this store at all costs! 1/11/2007

Personally I will never shop in any Best Buy again because of numerous bad experiences in several locations with their customer service. The sales staff have no customer service skills and are not familiar with the products. If the product you are thinking about buying here is one that you might need assistance on in the future, may need to return, etc. DO NOT SHOP HERE! They do not stand behind their products and look for every way possible to rip you off. It is absolutely worth it to go to a more expensive store! more

Best buy... 11/11/2005

I personally think this store is okay.. I love any thing electronics and if I don't have anyone with me while I am in Bangor I will go here to check out the good deals. It however is not my favorite electronics store in Bangor. It is however located near the Bangor Mall and has ample parking spaces and depending on what day you go you might get a friendly assoicate. more

Not my kind of store.... 11/6/2005

If needing something like a computer, dvd etc I would choose another store. This store has alot to offer but in my opinion is more suited for the teenager or young adult. You go in and the music is so loud you cannot think and when you have three kids to take along with you it is not a nice scenario. They do however have great parking..and possibly if going by ones self it may be doable if they would just turn down the stupid music. more

An okay shopping experience 4/20/2005

I've shopped Best Buy a few times, and had different experiences. One time the employees were readily available and very helpful. The other time there was nobody in site. We had to search for someone to help us. The store is very neat and organized, and they have a good selection. more

Best Buy has never been one of my favorites! 4/20/2005

Best Buy has never been on my favorite stores for various reasons. It's always just a little too cramped in there; It's hard to locate the product you are looking for. But if you have the time to spend they do have wide selections. more
