Personally I will never shop in any Best Buy again because of numerous bad experiences in several locations with their customer service. The sales staff have no customer service skills and are not familiar with the products. If the product you are thinking about buying here is one that you might need assistance on in the future, may need to return, etc. DO NOT SHOP HERE! They do not stand behind their products and look for every way possible to rip you off. It is absolutely worth it to go to a more expensive store!
