I dread going to Best Buy. While their merchandise inventory is huge, their service/management is deplorable. I tried to call first, no one answers the phone, on any extension, at any time. I have had to go to the television/DVD area twice and you pretty much try to get someone's attention, along with the four or five other customers lingering around. Both times I have gone, the employees in the department were hustling around trying to help customers, while the managers stood around playing/talking. Both times I have approached a manager to get service, and both times they helped me, but they give you the distinct impression that 'this is not in their job description'. It is as close as you will ever get to being invisible in public.\r
I don't know if Circuit City treats their customers better, but will find out next purchase.
