I purchased a camera for $399 cash I was not happy with it! The reason I was not happy is because it made my pictures all orange, I tested the camera against my friends who has the same one and the stores floor model, plus several hours of test printing and researching to make the camera work better and none of this corrected the orange problem. I even asked to exchange mine for the floor model based on the quality just looking at the screen. I just wanted to exchange it because it was defective. They would not do an even exchange for the same camera. So I decided to return it, by returning it I lost $60 for their restocking fee, then the worst part is that I payed cash and they would not give me cash back they made me wait for a check to be mailed to me. So...I will never shop at best buy again and if you do make sure you don't pay with cash, don't expect to exchange or return without somehow loosing something!!!
