I spend approximately $3,000 each year at this mega store. I have found three great employees. I can recommend Orlando and Brianna. The rest of the blue shirts should stay home. They know little about their product and even less about customer service. The worst offenders are the people working in "Customer Service." I finally found one employee at their moon-shaped counter that was worth her salt. She was pregnant and running around the store to find an item I had purchased online. The folks back in shipping and receiving were to busy to help her. The complaints about management are well-founded. They are of little assistance unless directly approached.
