Anna and I were very much impressed with the courtesy of all employees at Bertera when we arrived to inquire about a car. We appreciate your time, patience and understanding. Eric and his trainee were very efficient and personable. Their knowledge of the vehicle and of the sales process was extensive. They made sure we were comfortable at all times. Contacts by phone were very polite, making our transition as easy as possible. Your delivery of the car was a surprise which was very much appreciated!! Such services are truly unique. We were impressed when Mr. Donohue came by to say hello and then later to thank us for coming to Bertera. It's very easy to understand why you have such a booming business!! Thanks again for everything!! Your employees are super blessed with personality!!!?
