First of all, I must say this is the first review I've ever written. That is how great my experience was.\r
\r
No one wants to have to put their vehicle into a body shop, but if you must, this is the place to go. They had excellent customer service from the initial phone conversation to Johnny escorting to my car and closing my door. I was kept up to date throughout the process. There were no financial surprises. The shop was very nice. They have a relationship with the rental car companies, so a representative will come pick you up. Oh yeah, and my car looks perfect. Meticulous work!!
