Worst

The new Kohler faucet that was installed was defective water leaked all over kitchen bamboo floor and into basement.

Came promptly and resolved issue 4/7/2017

Determined cause of leak (furnace) and found where leak initiated very quickly. Resolved all problems and was very courteous and knowledgeable. more

I have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing several times and they are really good! I have always been satisfied with the work done. There really isn't anything I would change! The quality of work is excellent. They always make sure to clean up the space afterwards. I really appreciate how friendly and reliable they are. No problems at all! more

Very Pleased! 4/5/2017

I have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing several times now and they always have the best customer service. This time, they made a hole in the basement for a pump to take water out of the basement of my house. I think they are a bit expensive, but it's worth it because they hire perfectly lovely people. I really appreciate how quickly they get back to me when I call. They always are reliable in showing up when they say they will. They are so considerate, kind, and respectful of my home. I am very pleased with their service! Specifically, James, Vinny, and Jeff are fantastic! I have had bad experiences in the past with rude plumbers, but having a nice crew really makes all the difference. more

We were rehabbing a house that had been closed for four months. The drains going out to the septic tank were solid. Mr. Fecteau replaced the drain pipes and we were using the system again.. Definitely will call B F again and already have recommended B F to neighbors. Thank you for being on time and solving our problem. more

Repeat Customer and always satisfied- 7/5/2016

My experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing has always been positive. They have replaced everything in my house from the well pump to the Kitchen sink. Steve and Andy will always make sure that the job turns out up to their expectations. This review is for a bathroom remodel which is always challenging but Steve, Chris and Rohan have been 'up to the task'. Rohan in particular has done the majority of the work and I highly recommend his attitude, work and ability to make the job look and perform super. My first experience with them was when they showed up on a Saturday morning and replaced my well pump and from then on I have relied on them for everything. Thanks Guys!! more

Good diagnosis but expensive estimate 6/23/2016

We had Benjamin Franklin Plumbers over to diagnose a well pump that was not operating. They had data from the last owner of the house that had them replace the pump in 2009, but at that time they did not install a check valve that would keep the pipe full and the water drained all the way back down into the well each time the water was not called for. And of course it had to be pumped back up each time. We think this caused early failure of the pump. And it was 1/2 hp which was overkill. 1/3 hp was all that was needed. So this time when they came (quickly and on time) the repair estimate was about $1200 more than a local independent plumber. $1200!!! So, either they have a much higher overhead, or the flat rate prices are padded to make sure they don't lose. I paid for the diagnosis but not the repair job. Went with an independent plumber. more
